Session overview
The concept of a work/life balance is reductionist in nature and ineffective in workplace mental health.
This session identifies how we look at the jigsaw of personal resources available within teams. Recognising natural fluctuations in the resources people have to give at any one time and considering how we can expand resources is the key to effective working environments. We also consider how purpose and meaning in life supports wellbeing and how we can promote this in the workplace.
